U.S. Import Duties

Under current U.S. customs regulations, products shipped from outside the United States may be subject to import duties (tariffs). These duties are set directly by U.S. Customs and, unfortunately, are completely beyond our control.

If your order is shipped to a U.S. address, you will be responsible for paying any applicable import duties or taxes upon delivery. The exact amount is determined at the border and depends on the product type, value, and country of origin.

In addition to the customs duties, shipping carriers typically apply a customs clearance handling fee. This fee is usually around 15 USD per shipment and is collected directly by the carrier upon delivery.

Our store prices do not include these duties, taxes, or courier fees. These costs are entirely the customer’s responsibility. By completing your purchase, you agree to cover any import charges that may apply to your shipment.

Resolving Incorrect Charges

We have recently encountered a few rare cases where U.S. Customs incorrectly applied tariff rates.
If you believe you have been charged an incorrect or inflated tariff please contact us. We will gladly provide the necessary documentation to rectify the charge with customs.

Purchase policy:

  • Refunds & Cancellations: Order cancellations or refunds are only possible after any outstanding duties have been settled. Paid customs duties are non-refundable.
  • Abandoned Shipments: Orders that are held or returned by customs due to a customer’s refusal to pay duties/taxes cannot be refunded.
  • Customized Items: Orders containing personalized items (such as custom-printed Sound Bullets) are strictly non-refundable.
