U.S. Import Duties
Since the trade measures introduced under the Trump administration, products shipped from outside the U.S. may be subject to import duties (tariffs). These are set by U.S. Customs and, unfortunately, are beyond our control.
If your order is shipped to a U.S. address, you’ll need to pay any applicable import duties or taxes when it arrives. The exact amount depends on product type, value, and origin, as determined by U.S. customs regulations.
Please note that our prices do not include these duties or any extra fees from customs or delivery services. In addition to these amounts, the courier may apply a handling fee, usually around 20-30 USD per shipping.
These costs are the customer’s responsibility. By placing your order, you agree to cover any import duties or taxes that may apply.
Please note: we’ve recently discovered cases of incorrect or inflated tariff charges. If this happens, contact us and we’ll help you rectify it with customs.
Important:
- Order cancellations or refunds are only possible after duties have been paid. Duties themselves are non-refundable.
- Orders held or returned by customs due to unpaid duties cannot be refunded.
- Orders with personalized items (like name printed Sound Bullet) are also non-refundable.

UPDATE (July 1, 2026)
Due to recent US-EU trade agreements, U.S. import tariffs on our products may now be lower. We are currently monitoring these changes and updating our references. Please remember that Sonnect does not collect these fees at checkout; any applicable duties will be assessed and charged exclusively by U.S. Customs upon delivery.
